1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between Ran Asanta, LLC – operator of the Simba platform ("Company" or "Site") – and any individual or entity using the services ("User" or "you").

1.2 By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1.3 The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Definitions

• "Services" – The Simba event management and RSVP tracking platform, including all features and tools offered.
• "User" – Any individual accessing the site or using the services.
• "Event" – An event created by a user on the platform.
• "Guest" – A person invited to an event who uses the RSVP portal.

3. Description of Services

3.1 Simba provides an event management platform including:

• Event creation and management
• Guest list management
• Invitation and message sending
• RSVP tracking
• Table seating planning
• Analytics and statistics
• Photo gallery

3.2 Services are provided "as-is" and "as available." The Company does not guarantee continuous availability or specific outcomes.

3.3 The Company may modify, add, or remove features from the services at any time.

4. Registration and Account

4.1 Full use of services requires registration. You must provide accurate and current information during registration.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4.3 You must immediately report any suspected unauthorized use of your account.

4.4 Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

5. Payments

5.1 Certain services may require payment as detailed on our pricing page.

5.2 Payments are processed securely through authorized payment processors (such as Stripe).

5.3 Refund Policy: Transactions may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided the service was not substantially used.

8.3 The Company is not responsible for user-generated content or actions of third parties.

9.2 The Company may suspend or terminate user access at any time, especially in case of Terms violation.

9.3 Upon account termination, user data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
